Default Gas Block

Searched for 20 minutes and couldnt find anything definitive.

For those that have the sport free floated what size Gas block did you use for your rifle length tube 750 or 625. Im looking at the MI Gen 2 SS.

.750 is the one you would need. The Sport has a standard F marked FSB, which is .750. The .625 would be for the lightweight barrels.

I used the Yankee Hill Micro on the ones I have done. +1 on the .750

Good luck, I love my free floated barrel...you can really tell a difference shooting distance after multiple shots. It doesn't string groups like it did with its factory configuration. Although I have to say it never strung groups like my Mini 14 does. LOL
