Default M&P 15 Magpul Mid wear question

I got myself a new M&P 15 Magpul MID for Christmas: I am new to the AR platform. I did my initial cleaning with some CLP under the supervision of a jarhead buddy of mine.
Long story short, I have had one range day with it using 60 rounds of PMC 55 grain .556 ammunition.

When I went to clean it the following weekend I noticed some wear inside the chamber. Is this normal wear or cause for concern?ImageUploadedByTapatalk1456486594.770400.jpg

I would say no cause for concern and you'll see more "shiny" places as break in continues. They will show you where to lube.

Agree... if you shoot the rifle, you will see wear, especially where you have moving parts rubbing together. Put a little oil on it and call it good.
