It's a moot point. After you thoroughly clean the rifle, you take it to the range to sight it in anyway. I've never had a new rifle that was correctly sighted in when I took possession of it.
I also can't think of a rifle that I kept the factory sights on much longer than it took to ensure that the rifle was functioning correctly. Once I got past that part of ownership, the factory sights are removed, and I install something "better".
