Use it, really like it. I use the liquid like any clp.

Initially they recommend you put some down the bore after shooting when the bbl. is hot to "season it". On my pistols, I season bbl.s by heating with a hair dryer after applying Frog Lube liberally. Just need to do that the first time, clean as you would afterward with it like any clp product.

I use the paste on the bolt exterior surfaces and contact points and also the trigger contact points.

The rifle and pistols all clean up easily after use, the smell is fantastic and no toxic fumes or chemical stains on anything. Great stuff.
