Is there enough room on top of a M&P 15 for a E0Tech 512 and a Vortex 3X Magnifier without changing the forestock?

Should be - here's a pic of my MP-15 with an Eotech 512 and a Primary Arms 6X magnifier.......with the original foreguard -

BosBar, is there enough room on any other AR for this set up? There is no difference in size between this and any other AR15 copy. Just thought I would point that out. Have a great day

there are risers that plank over the handgaurd giving you enough room to keep your iron sights and your mag dot combo. im not sure I'd go that route.
