Just a general question but does anyone use anti-seize when building there rifles upper. If you torque it correctly it wont come loose but if you want to disassemble it aluminum has a bad habit of galling and so I just wondered before my Sport makes an entire look change. Hey this has been the longest I have gone without changing the look. its about time dont you think? LOL

JaPes I watched it, it was a great refresher, I did see in the comments section people asking the same question, I know that putting never seize on something will change how the torque sets just because of the lubrication on the threads. Some people in some of the other vids were putting a little grease on the threads, If I dont find any when I take it apart I guess that will tell me no dont add any.

There are different types of never seize. Over the winter, shooting trap, I was having problems with my choke tube coming loose due to the change of a cold gun in 20 F temps to shooting 75 shells. I bought the red color never seize that holds well but you can still manage to take it apart without having to heat it up.
