Default Grip pod questions

So I'm gonba pick up a grip pod, but I was wondering if anyone had the gpsle? I was gonna go with the gps02, but the description for the gpsle says its for light guns. Are the metal legs really worth the extra money for the 15/15-22? Just seems like if it's good enough for LE, than it'd be fine for the range. Anyone with experience with one would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 30 dollar grip-pod off Amazon and I love it! Its polymer with metal shims... Im sure it's nowhere near military grade but it works great for my purposes

I'll have to look into it. Do you use it on a 223 also or just the 22?

I have the LE model....it's been through two practical rifle courses at Front Sight since putting it on my M&P15 OR. I've been 100% satisfied with it.

I got one from Grover (oneyeopn) a while back that I'm no longer using. I have it listed in the accessories sale forum for $50. It does have the metal inserts in the legs and, according to Grover, is USMC surplus.

Here's the for sale thread link:
