Quiet Single point sling adapter?
What is a good, quiet single point sling adapter for my M&P15 TS?
I don't want one that spins and clanks around while attached. Thinking about the Troy version here: AR-15/M16 PROFESSIONAL-GRADE SLING ADAPTER | Brownells but open to other suggestions.
Also single point sling recs would be welcome - thinking about the Magpul here: http://www.brownells.com/shooting-ac...prod54498.aspx

I got this one, (100-002-123WB) . It seems ok so far. I got it because I didn't want to pull the buffer tube off, etc. I figured I would take the easy way out. Just another option for you. I have a Condor 2 point sling that can be changed into a 1 point, under the tree. I can't tell you much about that since I'm not allowed to play with it yet.

I have a heavy version of the loop on my RR & "T". Works great.

Have both the Troy Adapter and the Magpul sling on a M&P-15T and like them both, Also have the Magpul sling adapter on a Sport and wasn't as happy with it but was half the price. Here's a couple pics of the T with Troy mounted and Magpul sling, only one small draw back on the Troy is you can't close your collapsible stock on the first lock.

The MAD Hookup might interest you, it is a bolt on sling adapter with a large loop to allow eaiser side to side transitions and to quickly attach the sling. Install is quick and easy and clamps down nice and snug on the receiver extension.

I made my own actually from an MI bolt on then riggged it for silence when I transition to either side. The Magpul ASP is just to noisey.

I took a Magpul ASAP and dipped the sling point in black rubber from the hardware store, cheap and easy...no jingling and such
