I've been very happy with my Spikes LPK's and I have heard good things about the TR LPK's and they have a nickel-teflon trigger option.

I agree with Jay; Spikes is well regarded and many, many different companies use their parts in their rifles.
PSA also has a good reputation for a lower kit made of good parts at a good price.

Spike's will do you good. So will PSA. If you go Spike's, I wouldn't hesitate to get the battle trigger. If you go PSA, it's hit or miss with their trigger. I have one that's good and one that's REALLY gritty. I'm getting ready to replace the gritty one with the Spike's battle trigger.

Another is CMMG, I have a few of their rifles, and have used 8 of their parts kits with absolutely no drama.... The also offer a parts kit with a sweet 2 stage target trigger for about 150 (reg parts kit 75) the target trigger alone is usually 125....

Correct. And my M&P is also one of the best triggers I have.
