With optics, you get what you pay for. If you want a $150 scope, get it. I gave up on budget optics years ago and haven't regretted it once. Cabela's has good customer service so if you have a problem with it, you should do OK.

two things I don't skimp on.....optics, and ammo! By the time you go through 3-4 $150 scopes, you could have just got a killer $500 optic that will last a lifetime!
