Can anyone tell me if the Geissele® Super V Trigger fits in all model M&P 15's or is it just for the VTAC2 ? Am thinking of upgrading my standard model.
Or do you have a preference for a different brand that gives me the same or better quality and a lower price or same price. I see in some posts that modifications are needed on the lower for some aftermarket triggers and I don't really want to have to do metalwork on the lower.

If you want all those goodies, just get the VTAC 2 with all of it installed out of the box.

I see they use the 1 in 8" 5R Rifling and the barrel has a corrosion free finish on VTAC 2. That barrel finish sounds like Melonite to me.

I looking at a VTAC2 now but my other M&P is a standard model and I'm looking to upgrade it.

I went with the Timney drop in. I'm not much of a gunsmith and installed it myself in 10 minutes. I got the 3.5 and it smooth as silk one stage and really has made me more accurate( no jerking at all with trigger pull) a little pricy but really exactly what worked best in my world ! Just another option....
