I bought this rifle in AUG and I love it!
It appears to me that the site should pop up when depressing either the left or right levers of the site. (the rear site does this perfectly)
On mine, it only opens when depressing the right side lever, the left side lever just bends down and nothing happens.
Long horror story short(Customer service needs a LOT of work) I received a new site and it does the same thing.
Seems strange to me....
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated before I try and deal with "Customer service" again...

I have the 15T, one year old. I have only used the left side lever, so I tried the right side today. No problem right and left work the same, a slight downward pressure and the sight flips up. I would think you got sent a second defective sight. Try S&W again.

So 3 attempts later I finally received a properly working sight! Now I am a happy camper... thanks for the reply Rob!

Crazy. A guy drops his gun 4 ft onto concrete gets replacement sight no problem, you have a partially defective one (legit) and have problems with cs.
