Finally got it!!
It came in the mail yesterday!! A friend of mine that has his FFL called me yesterday and told me your rifle came in and your background has gone through, would you like me to bring it by work? I told him I was disappointed that he felt the need to ask me if he should bring it!! ️ Once I was off work I ran to the range with a good friend and put 100 rounds of tulammo through the rifle not skipping a beat.
Any information that you may have about this rifle(M&P 15TS) would be great to know!! I know the basics like 1 in 7 twist, bore is Chromed, weights 6 pounds empty, flash hider is attached and other small things you can find out easily on the Internet, but what about other things not well known? Like what does the TS stand for? If anything? Has this riffle been known to have any type of issues? Or did I just get a hell of a riffle? First AR 15 so please be kind lol. I do have the M&P 15-22 MOE with a busnell trs 25 and also have the M&P 22 pistol full size. Purchased the new rifle for 1270.57 that includes tax and all other charges.
Like I said took it to the range and shot it with zero issues, first mag I did not seat properly.
Thanks to all that comment!!

Congrats, you've made a fine choice. As to whether they have issues, other than being accurate and insanely reliable, none I can think of.
Good Luck and good shooting.

I agree with Gunny4053. I have had this AR for a year and it has been flawless!!

I wonder why there isn't a lot of information out on these guys(M&P 15TS)? Even on this forum I can't find much or am not looking it up right?

I suspect it is because most people would rather buy a basic model (read cheap) and accessorize it to their own specifications.

That's a very nice rifle. I'm considering picking up a new ar in the near future, but I'm not sure I'm willing to put down that kind of change for one.

I was willing to give that much because it was what I really wanted without getting it and changing grip, sights, stock and handguard. The only two things I will add are eotech or aimpoint, still not sure yet and a weapon light. Love that the rifle is only 6 pounds. Plan to keep it as light as possible.

I bought my TS for the same reasons as bp231986 and I liked it. I didn't even have to adjust the sites on it. I guess I was lucky. I have no regrets buying it.

This^^^^^^ Although I'd probably exchange "inexpensive" for "cheap".
Aside from the FA and dust cover, they're close, Oh and about $300 less. But it's not everyone's cup of tea, fortunately S&W has us all pretty well covered.

When inserting a new mag, insert with gusto and then give it a little tug to be sure it's seated.
When charging the gun with the first round, do a chamber check to be sure there's one in the chamber. To do that, tilt the rifle to the left so you can see the ejection port. Pull the charging handle back just enough to see if there is brass at the front of the bolt. Let the charging handle go and tap the forward assist.
Following the above steps will ensure you don't have a repeat of what we saw in the vid. I've learned this the hard way myself:
Nice gun. I hope you have lots of fun with it.
p.s.
The "TS" stands for Totally Sweet!

That's weird I think, but could be a good possibility I guess, first time with my 15TS 100 rounds with zero issues. All 100 of them steel cased ammo. Mini 14 is also a pretty good gun.

ARs tend to be more finicky with ammo than the Mini does. The Mini-14 has such a strong extraction/ejection that it will work with a wider variety of random ammo. The trade off is slightly lower accuracy. Still, my Mini-14 is 2MOA without any mods to it and that's good enough for a ranch rifle.
