BCM Charging Handle, Medium or Large?
I put a 3X9 scope on my Sport and now I need an extended charging handle. The BCM looks like a good product. Would you recommend the medium or the large? Thanks!

That's depends on you, the size of the eye piece, and how close the scope is to the upper. I went with the large. I'd rather have too much to grip on than not enough.

I've tried all three sizes on all my ARs and have settled on the medium for everything

I have used the med for years on my work ar's.But I recently
bought the large for my 308 ar and I am happy with it.But I don't plan on taking the 308 into tight areas where the charging handle might snag.

Combat rifle = medium, range rifle = large
But that's just me.

I went with the medium. The large looked like it would get hung up things. Maybe if I had to wear mittens the large would be an option but not for my normal life.

Thanks, guys. Your opinions are pretty much a tie, but you have given me some more points to consider. I really don't like buying without holding in my hands, but in this case, I think I will be OK no matter which size I select. I appreciate your time!

Medium 4 Me
After working with the original charging handle and realizing my hands were getting torn up whenever I was going through shooting drills, I made the switch to the medium charging handle. I haven't regretted it once. Good luck on whatever size you settle on...

Unless you just want a new charging handle, you could save some money by just replacing the latch. Such as this http://www.brownells.com/rifle-parts...GER%20ORDNANCE
