Default Front Sight Tool

I realize I don't have to have a tool. I've used the point of the bullet, but I thought a dedicated tool might be faster/easier. I plan on continuing using the factory sights. Does anyone know if this tool fits the Sport front sight? UTG Model 4/15 4-Prong Dual Front Sight Tool. I can buy it for $8 including shipping from Amazon.

That tool should fit, but why? If you have used the tip of a bullet and have your front sight set, you will more than likely never touch it again.

Now, if you are an armorer and will be mechanically zeroing rifles every day, then I can see needing the tool.

As far as I know, all the AR sight tools are the same, so the one you are looking at should be good to go. The only reason I have a tool is because it came with the sights I bought. My rifle came with none, thus why I bought sights. Otherwise, I would have used the bullet method as well.

From my experience, having tools in my shooting bag is a good thing. They always seem to come in handy at the range, if not for just my own use or to be of help to my fellow shooters.
For $8.00, sure, buy it.
