I have the ALG (QMS) trigger in one of my ARs. It lowered the trigger pull by about 1 lb. to about 5¾ lbs. It is very smooth and crisp tho.

Psa enhanced trigger. $30 I own 2 of them and a ALG Act trigger. I like the PSA better.

I have an ALG ACT in one of my Colts, it's OK, but really not that great.
Had it not already been in the rifle, I wouldn't have added it.

I have a BCM PNT in one of my rifles. It does not compare to the Geissele SSA or the LaRue MBT but it is a nice milspec type trigger.
It came in my BCM lower kit and I will eventually swap it out but for now it does the job well enough to keep it.
Triggers are very subjective and are not always consistent across the same product line. The best companies like LaRue, Geissele, BCM and even ACT are great at delivering consistent quality and performance IMHO.
Much better than places like Palmetto or RRA. It is not that you cannot get a good trigger from these companies it is just that you can buy 5 and get 5 different pulls. The premium brands in my experience are more consistent. The 5 trigger might not be identical but the variance wills be smaller trigger to trigger.
I would also try to shoot as many as you can so you can find the "one" you like so you only have to buy once.

Save your money and get a Geissele SSA or SSA-E.
