Yes. Any A2 detachable carry handle should work. Like with any sight some are better at holding zero than others.

I put a carrying handle with integral rear sight on my Sport II and absolutely love it.

Unless you are going for the retro look with the full handle, may I suggest something like this? Gives you the same sight system as the A2 handle, but makes using optics a little easier.
