Nitride vs Chrome: Mr Gunsngear Compares
Since S&W nitrides their AR barrels and this is an ongoing debate, this series (which will include full-auto endurance testing) should be entertaining and informative.

I prefer Nitride lined barrels. Leave the chrome lined barrels on the battle field.
