I thought I'd share pictures of my M&P 15T that started this discussion. I replaced the flash hider with a Mechforce muzzle brake, attached a Harris bipod, mounted a Vortex HS-T 4-16x 44mm scope on top, mounted the Magpul Back-Up Sights at 1 o'clock, and dropped in a Geissele SSA-E 2-stage trigger. Shooting factory-loaded Hornady 75 grain BTHP match ammunition with the new trigger, it's nothing to place 10-shots with a sub 1-inch spread at 100 yards. I haven't gotten into re-loading yet, but that's next on my list. I'm not sure if I'll be able to tighten the grouping, but I should save some $$$ on match-grade ammo. Inside of 25 yards, I rotate the rifle slightly to the left and let it fly using the MBUS. With the Geissele trigger, I can unload a 30-round PMAG in a few seconds. The Mechforce muzzle brake allows me to get back on target quicker so I can actually unload 30 rounds with some amount of accuracy, even with cheaper Lake City or IMI 62-grain M855 bulk ammo. Thank you to everyone for your suggestions and help in my journey from newb-status with my M&P 15T!!
