Speed loader
When I bought my Sport 2, it came with a Caldwell speed loader. I used it a couple of times, but never really saw a need for it. So I was bored and decided to compare loading a magazine by hand vs using the speed loader. 51.41 seconds by hand, 51.39 seconds using the speed loader.

I have one like this, not really any faster, but a little easier on the fingers than pushing shells into the mag one by one.

I've got one of these and it certainly makes loading easier if not faster. I find that since I usually only load five or ten rounds it stays in my range bag.

Load 4,320,000 magazines and that devise adds a useful day to your life.
Kinda like S&H green stamps.

That was my thought when I bought mine. You can probably load one or two mags by hand as quickly as I can with my device, but I bet I can load 100 mags a lot quicker.

This is what I use, so much better than loading by hand.

I have a similarly-styled one less the engraving. Works well depending on magazine style (straight / curved) but rarely use it. Would come in handy if loading perhaps 10 or more magazines. Now the one I have for my 15-22 (McFadden Machine Lightnin' Grip Loader) does get used enough to the point it doesn't collect dust.

When I got mine it came with a rebate for this one. It works pretty well especially when loading the 40 rounders.

Wear and tear on the fingers.....
Wear and tear on the fingers counts for something. Some of the 9mm mags I've loaded are a real bear and the loader doesn't just make it easier to fill up a mag. To me it makes it possible to fill up some mags.

You can load an A-10 Warthog faster by hand than by machine.

Went to a gunshow today hoping to find the Maglula Range Bench Loader. They are pricey but looks to be easy and fast.
I settled for the Striplula loader that uses the stripper clips. It works pretty good and a hell of a lot cheaper.

But, I don't own 100 magazines.
Nor can I realistically conceive of a situation in which I would have a need to quickly load 100 magazines even if I owned that many.

I Buy ammo in bulk and use military stripper clips and loaders and store in old ammo cans.Cheap, reusable, and handy. Want to get a shrink wrap set up for longer storage.
