Has anyone heard of the new flamethrower pig suppressor my dealer told me about? Out of them right now but will have them next week for about $140.

It is classified as a "Flash Suppressor", but really it directs the noise and flash downrange. Made by Noveske and they sell them direct for $125

I run the kak version occasionally on an ar pistol. Recoil is a little stouter than an a2 muzzle device. It throws the blast forward and spares anyone on the range or in tight spots next to you.

And how does it improves accuracy?

Had one years ago and sold it. Other than the implied message of the pig, I found little benefit for me. It does add a considerable amount of weight to the front end of your weapon.

Because it looks cool (to some people)?

I have run a KX3 flash suppressor on my Noveke 10.5" patrol rifle since 2009. With that short a barrel muzzle flash and blast are brutal, especially indoors.

When shooting on the square range, those close to me remarked that while the blast was loud, it was no where near that of someone with a similarly configured AR platform with an A2 flash hider. Additionally, much of the blast is directed down-range.

The KX3 and slimmer KX5, shine on the short-barrel rifles, i.e., less than 16 inches. They are not noise suppressors, a.k.a., "silencers", and as such are not regulated by the NFA.

About two years ago, I had Noveske replace my KX3 with the KX5 as the interior cone had worn down due to my firing schedule. TANSTAAFL.

I have a KX3 on my pistol build too, just as @just plain joe does. It works very well to diret muzzle noise down range rather than the guy next to you, plus with the weight it does help with muzzle rise. Overall I like it, but it's far from a supressor in terms of quietness.

I went with the Indian Creek BFD, or blast forward device. It too, redirects the sound and or gasses towards the front, even if it isn't a suppressor.
Nice thing about it is it allows for the use of various compensators or flashiders to be used along with it, or can be left off. It may well minimize the effects of those however.

Titles can be deceiving.....I wanted to see a pig shooting flames out it's ....where ever. Cool mental picture of a flame throwing porker !

My son used a toy called a "metal molder" as a youngster, you melted a little pot metal and poured it into a mold to make kid's things. Little dinosaurs, skull pins, etc. Bet it could make something up like you describe!
