If no luck finding a local source, check with Gun Parts Corp. here.

S&W 916 shotguns are going for around $200 around here.

What are the needed parts? Numrich ( Gun Parts Corp) has scads of 916 stuff, and even Ebay has many 916 parts posted. These are not complicated guns and any gun smith should be able to repair one, however the cost of that may not be economically feasible vs. buying a junker somewhere and stripping the needed parts. Parts from a Noble pump, or an Eastfield, will also fit, in most cases, as they were just rebadged to S&W lable after S&W bought Noble.
