Default Is this as cheap as it gets?

I was looking for some inexpensive ammo, and ran into this deal at Cabelas.

Is this as good as it gets for boxed ammo?

Okay, I will post this one more time if everyone promises not to buy out all of the 9mm when I need to buy more.

I get good enough ammo prices here at walmart or Dunns sporting goods, they always have Blazer brass for my 9mm for 10.99 and 14.95 for my .40 S&W at Dunns and Federal .40 for 14.47 so it's hard to beat.

I just got a 100 count box of Winchester "white box" 115 FMJ at wallyworld for $23. Unfortunately, their stock is hit or miss. They told me that whatever gets tossed onto the truck is what they have, and there have been many times that no 9mm is on the shelf. At least it isn't as bad as trying to find .380.

I've seen plenty of the Federal .40 ammo for $14/box and Federal 9mm ammo for 9.47/box at my local wally world. Looks like they are getting lots more ammo in or the gluttonous hordes have bought all that their wallets can stand. Winchester 100rd packs of .40 were $28 also. All these prices were before tax.
I've also noticed that after every AR15 known to mankind was bought up after Obama's election--now there are plenty back out on the gun market at bargain basement prices. $1000 and $1200 AR's are now going for $650-850.

Hmmm, no .40 & it still just blows my mind that .380 is only a buck less than .45!

At least there is pistol ammo available for sale. 6 months ago all you could find was 22lr and the occsional box of super-expensive .38 Special.

That, and all the S&W .500 you could ever want!

Cheers!

A while back I was thinking about getting a .25, .32, or .380 but found out that my 9mm ammo is cheaper than all 3. the only option for cheaper shooting is 22lr.

I got several boxes of the MFS 2000 in 9mm a few months ago from Cabela's. It worked fine; with my level of experience, I could not notice any differences in accuracy.
Every cartridge went BANG in my Sigma, no duds and no problems in the gun either. It did seem to be dirtier than most others I've shot, but I clean after every visit to the range, so no problem for me. If the price is right for you and it's in stock, go for it.
