Thumbs up Rebates back!

Rebates back! Fifty bucks or two mags. Any Sigma or M&P. Good until Oct. 30th! Kinda makes the SD not look so good?

S&W has to know that, IMO they will add the SD to the rebate program, unless they are betting the first adopters will are willing to pay, rebate or no rebate? Nah! They'll add it!

Doh! Had recommended a Sigma to a friend who was considering a Glock. He liked mine, picked up a 40 weekend before last. At least he got it on sale at Academy for $300.

Link for new rebate:

It seems like S&W is just going to offer rebates continuously until they flood the market with their product. Word of mouth advertising is well worth the cost of rebates and magazines. Seriously, the Sigma would have died years ago if it wasn't for word of mouth. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the SD series gets their own rebate once the initial excitement begins to fade and the 9mm model surfaces.

Man, it figures that I would buy my sigma the week before the rebate. I guess I might have to catch the SD rebate. Who knows?

The magazines are the best deal, if you're not short on funds or don't need them. I think they retail for about $47 apiece.

Why not call customer service and see if they'll grandfather your purchase. The worst they can do say is no and you're out a few minutes time. You may get lucky. I'd be sure and write a letter with the name of the customer service rep you talked too and maybe include a Thank You also.
