i need to send s&w my sigma for a problem im having, they are not answering right now and im wondering if im still covered under warranty, everything ive read on here says there is a lifetime warranty, but the manual says one year, and an extended warranty if some card is sent in within 30 days, i bought it sept of 08 and i dont remember seeing any card, and yes it was new in box, so do you guys think im sol, or is s&w pretty good about this?

what ever do you mean??? did you read the whole post? ive given up and have to send it in, everything is lubed and clean and in near prfect condition and with multiple new mags and different ammo so im at a loss, hopefully s&w can figure it out, and even more hopefully free of charge to poor little ol' me...lol. il give them a call tomorrow if im off work and home in time, i wish there was more hours in a day. thanks

Warranty request can be handled by e-mail if you can't get home in time.Depending on where you are there warranty stations in AK,CA,HI,TX & WI

I Sent my 9c Sigma Back in'08 & they had a turn aroun time 9 days, Came back with a SW9E slide & new barrel with all Parts to specified specs. Had NO prblems sence, about a few thousand rnds @ the least All different kinds of ammo, Even my realoads ; ) PS It did have a striker like the glock before the trip & round after.
