Default Recoil spring replacement

I've got about 2500 rounds through my Sigma 40 VE and think it's time to replace the recoil spring. I'd also like something heavier to keep my brass at least in the county.

Who's replaced theirs, what did you use, and where did you get it from?

I like the idea of the metal rods with the non-captive spring.

All the Best,
D. White

2500 rounds is just breaking in at spring. Mine is doing the same as it was with almost 17,000 rounds.
