brand new mags

I have a question, I have 2 brand new mags that I received with my rebate. I thought I might want them over the rebate, however, after a year I have changed my mind. They are still in the shipping package sent from smith and wesson.
My question: Can I sell the magazines or do I need to have a dealer license? Is it legal to sell the magazines. thanks for any help
