Default barrel polishing

Has anyone done it and if so you got any pics? and how did you do it? I want to make it mine and am thinking about starting here.

Barrel polishing OR did you mean polishing the slide?

Just keep in mind, if the tool marks are rough in the turning of the barrel at the factory, it's going to take a lot a rubbing/time to remove them to a smooth finish.
