My first range trip with my SW9VE was good, but the slide wouldn't lock back after last shot. Sent it back to S&W and got it back 10 days later saying they adjusted magazines and trigger (didn't ask them to do that).

My last 20 rounds or so were from 5-7 yards. I don't think too bad considering I'm getting used to a new gun and shooting with bifocals can be a bummer. Thanks for looking.

I would guess your bad guy would have second thoughts about his intentions with that accuracy!

Did S&W fix your slide problem satisfactorily?

Yes they did. Very quick turnaround.

And while I'm no gun expert, I think the Sigma is a very underrated firearm.
It shoots and feels great, easy to take down and put back together, and a great price to boot.
