Default Sigma 9 to 40

I have a Sigma 9mm. I have been thinking of getting a 40 cal model. I have the chance to buy a complete 40 cal parts kit less the frame. Can I switch the complete slide without changing any of the internal frame parts and shoot 40SW without any modifications to the frame. Just changing out the sides.

I think you'll need the 40 mag too and will it fit?

Default 9 to 40 40 to 9

I have a sw40f i bought a 9mm barrel and mag. The mag fits loose and falls out. I used some tape and made it snug. It will chamber and fire but not extract. With bullet in barrel the extractor barely grabs the rim.

Is the breach face smaller on the 9mm frame? I know you can convert the 40 down to 9, I am not so sure you can convert 9 up to 40.

To switch from 9 to 40 is very easy....go to store pay under $300 and walk out with 40
