Default No issues during Training Class

This past weekend I completed a two day hand gun training class and did not have one issue with my SD, shot nearly 500 for the two day.

I just cleaned the old lube off and reluded the pistol the night before class. I use wheel bearing grease on the rails with a little gun oil added.

I just lubed my pistol up like I normaly due just to start with a freshly lubed gun for the class and did not clean or add any lube once I started the class.

The only problem that I had was the rear sight came loose by the end of the class. This did not stop the pistol from hitting the target though. It seems the set screw backed out a bit so the rear sight can know move from side to side in the dove tail.

I just need to reset the rear sight and loctite the set screw this time.

Default training class

Glad you you were able to address the problem. Just wondering, was the class from Frank Garcia Universal Tactical Academy in Frost Proof? Attended his three day tactical class two years ago and found it to be exhausting and very practical. I needed 24 hours of training to renew my NRA Police Firearms instructor certification. Hope you learned some new techniques and accuracy training.
