Default Just got a SW40F

It was owned by a Mississippi Highway Patrolman who retired. He sold it to me with 3 15 round mags for $250. It has night sights and came with the case. It has the MHP inscribed grip as well as the insignia on the front end of the slide. It has a low MHP serial number. It's not worn much at all and he said he probably hadn't shot 500 rounds through it. Good deal?

Not sure what the "VEs" are so I probably wouldn't know.
