Default Finally shoot the Sigma w/Apex

So, I finally got around to taking the SW40VE out to shoot after installing the Apex kit.

It shot with 0 issues even with the 2 springs removed. Very nice reset and very nice control in rapid fire. I was unsure if the Apex kit was really worth it. The difference is noticeable and worth the $20 and my time to install. The Sigma is now the Wife's and Son's favorite gun to shoot.

I actually did run it to 1 problem. I didn't bring enough ammo. In the interest of conserving my ammo stash I only brought 50 rounds with me. Even though My ammo dealer isn't in a shortage of or rationing ammo.

Thumbs up to Apex.

Is this the one you changed all the springs around in early January ?

I remember you originally got around a 1# difference with the kit.

Yea same one. I didn't think 1# would make such a difference. It could be a little more my trigger scale may not be the most accurate. I may need to go shoot again tomorrow.

I also picked up a Kel-Tec P11 from a friend last week and shot it as well. It's not that bad of a gun the trigger is in the 8.0-8.5# range and fairly accurate.

Now I sold my Jimenez .380 today that I picked up from a friend last year for $15.00 with broke extractor. Fixed it and did some internal work sold it today for $175.00 then went to Academy and bought a Savage 64 and a bore snake for $160.00 out the door. So, I need to go shoot my new .22.

Man today has been a good day.
