Question Can someone please help me make a decision?

I have a Smith & Wesson Sigma SW40VE. The problem I have is I want to purchase a laser for it. Which one is the better laser. The Stingray SR3 by Arma or the Crimson Trace LG-406 Laser Sight? The only downfall I see with the Crimson Trace is it does not have a manual on/off switch. If anyone can please help me I would really appreciate it.

Never heard of Arma...crimson trace is the benchmark for lasers.

Don't know a thing about Arma Laser. Nowhere on their site do they advertise "Made in the USA" which leads me to believe they aren't. They do have a five years warranty. But I would stick with Crimson Trace. From personal experience, their customer service is excellent.

I had the Crimson Trace unit on an SW40VE I recently sold. The
laser worked fine & I prefer a laser that is operated by squeezing
the grip than one that has a separate switch. A switch would just be something else to remember in a bad situation.

I see a couple things here.

The SR3 I've heard is somewhat a pain to adjust and get zeroed in. The holster options are leather only. Can't see where the activation switch is. Will you be fumbling for that? Cost is lower. Battery lasts 3 hours. made in USA?

The CT is set from the factory set at 50'. Holster option looks to be plastic only. Has the activation switch on the grip no fumbling. Cost is $80 more, but free batteries for life. Battery last 4 hours. Made in the USA. CT has a proven track record.

Do a search on "Armalaser" or "SR3". I have written a lot about the Armalaser SR3 in another thread.
I am very impressed with the unit I have now on my SW40VE.
If you have other questions or want to PM feel free to do so.
