I had a SD40VE a few months back...I really liked it ..but I owned a Glock 23 ...and a fellow at the range really was really like'n my SD40VE ..so we traded around ( i can't remember the trade?) ...but when I was shootin' thar SD40VE ..I was wishin' it was a 9mm...so bamm! ..I've gotz two on the way !!!



I'm thinking one will be kept in my truck dash ..and the other on my side...stoked with Hornady Critical Duty 9mm +p 135 gr....they seem to penetrate deep and expand consistently

If you don't mind me asking, where are you? I'm in Marion. I don't know about the deal you got, but Sportsman's Den in Shelby has SD9VEs on sale for $329.99 That ends up at about $350 out the door (ask how I know )
