Question HELP!! Is th e SDVE40 replacement trigger spring the same as for the SW40VE??

I have a SW 40VE hand gun and am wanting to do the trigger spring change over to make a lighter trigger pull. I have a trigger spring labeled for the SD40VE. Are they the same spring?
Thank you for your help?

More info needed here. Do you have a single trigger return spring? Or do you have a spring kit? What brand spring do you have? If you go to the Apex Tactical site, there are 2 different spring kits. One is for the SDVE series & the other for the SWVE series. They don't interchange.

Thanks for the help, you're right Nevada Bob. Mine will take a different spring. I did take the little pig tail spring out and believe that helped lighten up the trigger pull some.
