The gun went through about close to 1000 rounds, I cleaned it every time I fire and oiled it well but guess it didn't get in where the spring was. But when I took it apart to install the apex spring kit I noticed the spring on the slide stop was green thought it was paint so I went ahead and installed it and when I was hammering in the pin it broke, looks like every thing is in working order didn't shoot it yet but is it safe to fire can I just get the spring for it or so I have to get the whole leaver.
