Default Smith and Wesson SW9P

I bought the SW9P at a pawn shop and can not find any information on it. Anything anyone knows about this gun would be greatful.Thanks!

Yes, the P stands for ported. Maybe they will make an SD9P someday with Melonite slide and ported barrel.

I am really needing away to find out when it was made, what it is worth, and where I can get magazines for it. I have looked on-line and can't find anything. I have also tried to search the SN and didn't pull anything up on that either. Thanks in advance

Magazines are available from MidwayUSA amongst others. It will take SW9VE 16 round magazines if you are in a free state, otherwise there are 10 round magazines available. 17 round magazines for the SW9F can also be used. It will also take current production SD9VE magazines, the only major difference is the floorplate. Average price will run between $30-35 for these magazines in new condition.
