Default APEX Tactical Trigger Kit

I am a proud new owner of a Sw40ve..I am just wondering if it is possible or if anybody has installed the Apex Trigger on the Sw40ve or if it only works with the SD series of pistol..I'm not just referring to the springs to lower the trigger pull..I'm mainly referring to the Glock style trigger being installed on the SW40VE..

According to their website the Apex Polymer Action Enhancement Trigger Kit is for the SD and Sigma (SW) series. You can also contact them to make sure it fits. I have the spring kit and the AET in my SD9VE and absolutely love it. The spring kit reduces the trigger pull weight and the AET reduces the pre-travel and eliminates the over-travel.

Any reliability issue with the APEX kit? My LGS has the SD's on sale for $299 and I'm seriously considering one for a "something goes bump in the night" gun. Since it would be an HD gun, there can be not any question with regards to reliability.

Some had fitting issues with the AET that could be solved with filing carefully. I got lucky and it was a clean drop-in. Had no issues with FTF, FTE, whatsoever neither before nor after swapping stock parts with Apex parts. More than 1500 rounds down the pipes with no hick-ups.

I've got the spring kit installed in my sd9ve and have the trigger kit. I have taken a lot off the trigger as shown, but it still won't reset. Any suggestions?
