How many rounds?
I am celebrating the 2,000 rnd mark for my SD9VE, give or take a few. In all those rounds have had only four malfunctions, it runs good and shoots as good as I pull the bang switch. It goes with me everywhere.
Here's the question, How many rounds have you put through yours?

Not near enough! LOL :-)
Since I purchased mine 8-2-2014 about 410 rounds so far. No issues at all with anything that I've run through it!

5,600 through my SD9VE and 2,500 through my SD40VE. I lost count but average 100 rounds per week through each and the number of weeks that I have had them and it's pretty close give or take. Sometimes I shoot more one weekend and the next maybe less.

1,500. Zero malfunctions and trigger has really smoothed out.

Just about the same as you. No hiccups and the trigger feels good. Best $300.00 I've spent in a long time.

About 500 rds. (SD40ve), but I have retired it. It bites! I'm 83 and it is a little too snappy for me. I have the M&P9FS and it is perfect for me to shoot at the LGR. I have had Zero issues with both pieces.
I guess the SD40 will become my Economy Safe Queen. LOL.

As you do I've got about 2,000 rounds down range with my SD9VE and only one malfunction and that was a hard primer issue. The trigger is getting better and i love it more every day. She is hanging right there with my M&P 9FS and $200 cheaper.

How many rounds?
Bought my SD9VE in May 2014. Only have about 250 rounds down the pipe as of yet. Love how the trigger pull emulates my DA revolvers. !!!

Mine is over 1000. It just keeps running out of ammo. That's its only issue so far.

About 1000 rounds of target ammo and SD ammo through mine. No issues at all.

Just a thought, but if the M&P9 FS is a good fit, why not trade the SD40VE in for a SD9VE? One caliber and nobody has to be a "safe queen" I wouldn't want to keep something if I couldn't shoot & enjoy it.

Good thought!
I will explore that possibility. It makes sense to shoot in a caliber you like!

This happens to me too, if we could only figure out how to keep it from happening

About 1000 through my 40. One jam during the very first magazine I ran through it. (Not counting my wife limp wristing it)
