bought some .060 sheets off ebay to play with.
i dont have a press,just a couple pieces of thick foam and use my 200lb butt as the press
my sd40ve

built one for my little saturday night speical (jimenze t380),and my sons 1911 airsoft pistol.

got $30 in materals and enough kydex to make 3 more
