Recommend you look on Gunbroker.com and GunsAmerica.com to see what they have sold for in the past. A quick check shows prices ranging from $250-$350, although the latter seems a bit high to me.
Bottom line is that it is worth what someone will pay for it -- so if you have time on your side (and I'd bet you've had this gun for a while, since the all-gray model left production around 1999, according to one source I found) than I would start high and work down to where it sells. For a quick sale, I'd bring it down under $250. But I'd probably make that buyer go with me to a gun shop to do a NCIS instant check, too.
