It keep jaming the shell in chamber when loading. I heard there's a recall on it.

I have looked all over and I cannot find anything about a SDVE recall.

And what do you mean about "jamming in the chamber"?

Do you mean the spent case is not extracting?

If so, take out the extractor check for damage and clean the slide.

If that does not work, call S&W and either get them to send you a new extractor and spring or send you a mailing label so you can send it back to them for repair.
