Hope this is the correct page, new here. Wanted to see if u know the special nut driver tool you need to tighten or remove the front sight of the 40VE. Is it the same as the Glock 3/16?

Also you have suggestions for upgrading sights for under 100 for 5his pistol? Thanks.

All the stock front sights I've seen on SWs are "riveted" on with a special factory tool that melts the plastic. You destroy them removing them.
There is very little available in aftermarket SW sights. Last time I looked, Meprolite had some night sights for the SW.


The M&P sights fit the SDs, but not the SWs.


Glock sights do not fit the SW.


What are you wanting to change about the SW sights?
Color? Paint it.
Height? You can file it shorter--longer, well SOL.
FO? Don't know any that fit.
