Default Galloway Sear Spring

Has anyone tried using the Galloway Sear Spring in their SD?

I was thinking about using the sear spring in conjunction with the Apex Trigger.

I previously installed an Apex Spring kit but switched the striker spring back to the original springs due to light primer strikes I was getting. I use CCI primers in my reloads and the striker springs was not strong enough for the CCI primers.

I seriously doubt that I could purchase an M&P for the cost of the mod's to my pistol.

I see S&W is coming out with an updated M&P, might get one of these next year as I like another 9mm for my collection.

SD $325 with coupon for two free Mag
Spring Kit $20
Trigger $30
Sear Spring $5
Total $380

MSRP for an M&P's Pro is more than $600 street price probably around $500 don't see where I have anyway near that in my pistol.

I found time this weekend to install the new trigger and sear spring. Can definitely feel a difference with the new trigger.

Less mushy feels much better. As far as trigger pull weight don't have anyway to determine the new weight of the trigger pull. I can't really say if the new sear spring made a difference but like the new trigger.
