Default SW9VE warranty question

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen... I'm a new member here with a warranty question. I purchased my SW9VE new in 2010 or 2011. I've since put about 1000 rounds through it, but lately it's been tracking low and to the left... I took it in to a local gunsmith here in Reno and he pointed out to me that the poly frame was distorted, warped if you will... My question is, will Smith and Wesson repair it under warranty??? I also own a SD40VE that is about one year newer, but the grip profile is different... I much prefer the grip profile on my SW9VE to the one on my SD40VE... I've read that Smith and Wesson CS is second to none... Can anyone here help me save my baby? Any and all advise is appreciated.

I personally have never had any problems with any of my S&W pistols. I would first call S&W and explain the problem and see what they say. Like you, I have heard their CS is great. Good luck and keep us posted on your outcome.

Certainly let someone else give it a shot just to make sure it's not you
then, call S&W, they have a lifetime warranty and they'll take a look
