I had been looking for a Slide End Cap for my SW9VE for sometime. I tried an aftermarket one for a SD9, but it left a space at the top after it was installed. Just ordered one from Numrich. Supposed fit SW40C, SW40F, SW9C, SW9F, SW9Ve. It's factory original. Just in case anyone was looking for one:

Update: Got it the mail on Monday. Even though it was supposed to fit the SW9VE, it had to do a slight modification to get it to fit. For some reason it had a small square 'bump' on the bottom right side. Although it appeared it was meant to be there, it kept the end cap from fully seating into the slide. Other than that it was identical to my original slide end cap. Filed the bump off and it fit perfectly.
