I have owned a couple of those and the .380 models. The guns are constructed of inferior materials and will fail eventually. My first SW9m failed over the summer. The end of the slide around the barrel cracked. This was a common failure and a GOOGLE search should bring up several pictures. That particular gun had over 5,000 rounds through it. The release tabs on the mags tend to snap off too.
Your gun, being NIB, may or may not have several years of life left in it. There is a SW9m for sale in a pawn shop in Clayton, GA for $350.00 but it has been there a long time. I believe half of that would be a reasonable price.
I always liked the size and weight of those guns and thought it should of been made in .22 LR.
