I was shooting my SW40VE yesterday and noticed a hole in the bottom of the pistol grip. Isn't there a plug in the bottom back of the grip that bumps up against the magazine floor plate? Must have lost it somewhere.....

Could you show us a pic. I have a sigma 9VE but I don't see the hole you are talking about or a plug.

deanodog and me, apparently, have lost the plug. The plug is probably in your 9VE if you don't see a hollow in the rear of the underside of the grip. Mine is clearly missing. Hmmm...it's probably at the range in the grass or snow.
