Default Fair price for a 845??

I was offered a 845 that looked very clean for $850. Is that a fair price? It comes in a black case with 2 performance center mags.

For just about any Performance Center handgun, under $1k is good for the buyer, while over $1k is good for the seller.

The 845 often changes hands for $800-900.

I would say the issue with the 845 is finding another if you pass on this one!
There weren't a heck of a lot of them made.

Fair price would be $2,000, anything less you're getting a bargain.

I paid $1,050 for mine and considered myself lucky to find it. It is one of the best Performance Center 45s. I believe you have a good find and will enjoy shooting it.
